Open Hearts, Open Doors is a memorial day held once a year at Dreamworld to remember the lives lost in a tragic accident at the park.

Challenge

Dreamworld came with a challenging brief after a tragic accident took place in the park earlier this year. With it being a sensitive issue, they wanted to reopen the park with a memorial day, ‘OPEN HEARTS, OPEN DOORS’ that would be held yearly to raise funds for the family affected.

Solution

The solution was crafted around the overwhelming support that the community gave at the time of the accident. The idea that a delicate and complex situation could be transformed into a beautiful expression of love was brought to life. This was Dreamworld’s way of sharing this support and love with the family involved. The branding was easily adapted across multiple pieces of collateral such as OOH, Print and social assets.
